But a law was passed calling it unconstitutional to freedom of speech. Also it was stated that because there was no way of properly measuring the noise level and distance that it could not hold in a court of law because there is no evidence or proof. Only an officers word, as we all know innocent until proven guilty Everythings in the attic or garage since the truck was sold last year. He walked up to my window, and said "turn that down, I can hear it all the way on the other side of the parking lot". Then he said "and those guys over there are talking about stealing your stuff" then he said "if you don't turn it down, I'm arresting you and taking your car to 'car jail'" I got trolled. You didn't get trolled, you got told what the fuck to do by an officer. He let you off easy seeing as how you were BLATANTLY slamming at a gas station like the baller you are. You hear my car 30 ft away and I get a ticket? smh. I've gotten pulled over once, and my music wasn't even on. The cop just saw me nodding my head so I guess he guessed. Went to court....dismissed. In Detroit, you rarely get a ticket for something so weak, unless a cop is having a bad day. In the surrounding suburbs, you better turn that ish down, especially in the cities that border Detroit. I try to be curtious to neighborhoods and times of the day. I know I don't want to hear loud bass notes at 1 in the morning. Learning Everyday. On another note, I honestly don't think they really care about bass here in Iowa. Well, Des Moines anyways. That was only my second run-in with a cop in my 9 years of being a bass-head. The first time it happened I was driving, and he just looked over and pointed down... telling me to turn it down lol. And I've driven past countless cops pounding.
