Can be had for $150 online. I've heard good things about non BestBuy Pioneer Premier subs. Two TS-W1207D4's (Pioneer Premier) on a 1200w RMS @ 1 ohm would be good. Make sure you've got a good electrical system so the amp isn't starved for power and doesn't start to send a distorted signal to the subs thus blowing them and/or the amp. =] Welcome to the site btw. I'll price a setup for ya. Your budget $500? P3's are good from what I hear. That deck is fine, P3's are ok subs and that box should be fine too. But seriously do not get that insignia amp. It's essentially the Hyundai/Yugo/daihatsu/ POS brand of car audio-also stay away from Pyle/Legacy/crunch/and sony. I saw a video on YouTube (guy had four TS-W306C subs in an ext cab truck and IIRC, each sub saw 600w RMS or somewhere around there...)
