SmallTruk Posted February 28, 2012 Report Share Posted February 28, 2012 Well, maybe not but it seems like it. Anyone else been getting some shady customer service lately? Things just aren't the same as they have been in the past. I know a rep for them that can't even get a return call from their office number. Last contact I got from them was 3-4 weeks ago when they emailed me saying the sub would "ship out in the next couple of days". A few other guys here have been waiting over 2 months and can't get any return emails. I have no problem with the build time taking longer than expected but IMO if you're willing to process the orders to take the payment, you can write a quick email to keep people in the loop. Maybe its time their site get an update to something more realistic because the build times they have stated there are obviously not accurate. Anybody hear of something that may have caused this sudden lack of customer support and following deadlines? Ive been using Fi stuff for years now and never had any issues like this before. My rep can't even get a hold of them... The freaking Ascendant Audio rep for hawaii.. the rep emails every week for the past month and can't get replies about my Havoc I ordered last November and recones i asked to purchase back in the beginning of Feb.. I even told him to tell them i have money in hand. He's still waiting for replies to both... I heard he has another recone guy waiting for a quote for his SMD recone... Caton waiting for order a recone since his sub is down... Over a month already and he has an envelope with money ready to buy but same thing the rep just get no answers.... What's the deal ?? Cliff still waiting on prices on the recone with shipping and I told him I have cash in an envelope waiting for him lol. It's a good thing one coil still good or this would really suck lol.
