its pointless to argue the issue here because its been shown numberous times that i have a different view then most of you.

i dont say that what he did was good in any way, what i am saying though is that theres alot worse people in the NFL getting chance after chance.

I mean how many chances can Ricky williams get for drug charges, and the numberous players with gun charges who have put HUMAN life at risk. I'm not one to put a value on a dogs life/vs a humans life, but i do feel there are certain places where they see his activity as "not a big deal" Thats the reason i feel his sentence wasnt more. Down there in the south yea its illegal to fight dogs but they do it. Here in california its illegal to rape children and i see them all overthe streets. IMO they should be locked away forever or gave the death penatly, some people might find that a little xtreme, but thats how i feel.

I guess my point is that i cant see how our justice system is called fair in any way, a guy for dog fighting is prosecuted and gave prison time, but other celebrities can hit and run , drive drunk, have sex with minors , have numerous drug offenses, debatebly murder thier wife and friend. Yet they walk the streets.

I'm not ranting at chode just kinda discusted with the whole system, oh another good example...Method man was caught with somethign like 6 pounds of weed, his punishment.......talk to kids in 15 schools. Had that been any Paul, Javier, or Tyrone, they would have had thier ass in jail for it.

posessing weed and killing/torturing animals is on two different levels. A DUI isnt on the same level as someoene who kills and tortures dogs. (A DUI after you just killed people is of course but not gettin pulled over with booze on your breath) Posessing a gun isnt on the same level as torturing and killing animals. People that have it in them to torture an animal to death also have it in them to kill and torture people. Almost every single serial killer has some sort of childhood past of doing so.

Whats the "down south they fight dogs, in cali they have child molestors" shit..like they dont have pedophiles down south or something. Child molestors do serious time and if they are lucky enough to get out they spend the rest of their life as a sex offender. Chances are very high you get your ass beat any time someone with a temper finds out you have been convicted of any offense like that even if it wasnt what it looks like (ie an 18yr old fuckin a 17yr old and going to prison for "child molesting).

People who murder people go to prison for most of their life, if not all their life and sometimes the death penalty. Maybe someone might get a manslaughter charge.....who knows its all in the circumstances. After doing 5, 10, or 25 years they may get out......the circumstances of the charge will decide that.

I dont know why you got on those other subjects really. I think vicks punishment is probably right where it should be for what he did. It would have been a little less if he would have had respect for the court and lived up to his promise to stay clean while on bail.....which he blatently didnt....
