Sadly A/D/S is not the same company, and they don't even have an amplifier line anymore. All the other new ones mentioned were bunk too. Another 5 bones goes to prostitutes and booze - Matt FTW? Forevrbumpn Posted November 23, 2006 Report Share Posted November 23, 2006 oldschool HK was american, but I believe that was pre-97'-96' I started selling HK Home audio in 98', and I just hit the year all HK products were china built, besides at the time the AVR-7000, then followed the next year or 2 by even the high end line being replaced by china... But if you want to get in to home audio/pro, check out Carver, I believe they are still US, Lexicon I beleieve, I know there is a bunch more I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
