I've tried numerous times over the past few months to get ahold of them in reference to SDC 2.5 12 recones, and I finally managed to get one e-mail.... Has anyone else had problems with their customer service? POTATO!

BeAlLsTaR13 Posted March 1, 2012 Report Posted March 1, 2012 their CS has gone down the shitter in the last year, i used to get an email within a few hours (if its sent within business hours) or the next day early if i sent it later now lately i have to send 2-3 emails before i get one, i've seen a lot of people having issues with their CS, just recently i tried getting an AQ HD3 recone (older sub) and whoever answered my email tried telling me they never made that woofer, and a few days later i had a reply saying sorry for the inconvenience blah blah whoever it was didnt know the exact woofer and such but it was too late, i had already gone to PSI for a recone, mind you not only was it cheaper, but had better parts in it. Did you even call. I called twice and both times i had someone answer my questions. Dont know about email tho. pa-pa-platypus Posted March 1, 2012 Report Posted March 1, 2012 yeah best way is to call.. i couldnt imagine having to try and answer all the e-mails a company gets in any given day.. hell i hate trying to answer the 10-15 e-mails i get now lol if its taking a while to answer the e-mail just call..my guess is they're having growing pains and having trouble keeping up..it happens This isn't teeball.
