IndianaBassHead
I am currently running the arc audio amplifiers and I was wandering what the spl difference would be between the aq's and the arc's. I'm sure the arc will have significantly better sq but for right now, I'm trying to go with spl. I'm running them on (2) 12" re sxx. I'm just trying to find the loudest spl amp for the money, and from what I've heard, you can't really beet the audioque for the money. Thanks! Reilly
Regardless of brand for the most part, any decent brand that makes rated power is going to be relatively the same SPL. Even a couple hundred watt difference isn't going to change much. Better quality amps like an AB will tend to sound louder without meterig louder. If you want more SPL, I'd double your power.
