dd-1 issues

im sure im doing something wrong, but cant figure out what. so i can find the max volume on a head unit no problem, but when i go to set the gains on an amp it wont detect any distotion. the light will blink for a second but thats it. someone tell me what im doing wrong...using track 5 by the way and it detects the signal also

its happened with an alpine and a kenwood. i tried track three and seven too. it does the same thing

Try turning up the subwoofer level on the decks?

subwoofer levels are all the way up everything else is flat

If the gain is all the way up and still no distortion light, use track 3 or preferably track 0 and start using the bass boost too.

ive had the bass boost all the way up the gain up on track three still no distortion light.. i dont know what track 0 is

Try putting the positive probe of the dd-1 into the negative speaker output. Leave the dd-1 ground where it is.

Also make sure your subsonic isn't set above 40.
