I will finally be able to get some work in tomorrow. are you going to put and extractor/contractor on your port? I don't know if they have a name for it in enclosure lingo but compared to a wind tunnel. It may help you snag an extra db or 2 or at least improve air flow. Click for My Current Build

I noticed you said you glassed the back of the baffle too...did you leave the area where the t-nuts are going alone? Might have a hard time pressing the t-nuts through fiberglass.
