2010 Mustang GT Walled; It Was Fun, Time to go Fast

Recommended Posts

Here we go again. Decided to go the wall route again after failing to get loud out of the trunk with many setups. So first, the equipment list:

Kenwood Excelon KDC-X896

Hertz HV165XL Midbass (4)

Hertz ML700 3" Mids (2)

Hertz HT28 Tweeters (4)

Ascendant Audio Mayhem 18 D1 (2)

Sundown 200.4

Sundown 125.2

DC Audio 7.5k

DC Power 270XP (color matched)

XS Power S1200

XS Power D6500 (3)

KnuKonceptz 1/0 (4 runs)

Trunk panels by Ray, Audio Innovations, Fresno CA

Door pods by Tim, Audiotistics, Apple Valley CA

The mids and highs will be run active through the Sundowns on board crossovers. The subs are ordered, but AA is a little behind. Should get at least one of them this week. Still in the planning/saving phase for the sub enclosure. Few pictures coming up.

This is going to be a fun build, I'm ready to start whenever you are Ken.

formerly known as Blue86f150

its a 4th order just because its tuned in the 40z doesnt mean it wont reach down and jiggle your balls at sub 30 hz frequencies.

Regardless if they were dipped platinum and were stuffed in Beyonce's twat.....way too fucking exspensive

Not much else to show yet until the we begin the wall. I did play with the Hertz a little before removing the tweets, fucking mids flex my doors like crazy. Here's a short clip showing off the completed trunk.
