Recommended Posts

I've done it, wouldn't recommend it.

Stock alt

Big 3

Xs 3400d

1 run of 1/0

Dropped to 12.8s

Wasn't in full tilt tho. Just gotta be smart about it. Hope this helps

i would try for a larger battery like a d2700 or d3100, or XP3000, or 2 d3400s

I have an SAZ-3000d now that I run at .7 daily on two d6500s and ill drop to 11.9 with my stock 130 alt. I'm waiting on my singer alt now. It can be done but I wouldn't recommend it. I have two positive runs of 1/0 from my battery in front to back

  • 4 months later...

i am running an saz3000d

- stock 120 alt

- d3400 in front

- soundquest for second in back

-budget bullz audio 0ga

-big three done

i am running a t3 tss motor with sundown zv2 soft parts . on the daily most of the time i am at 2 ohms. (1200 watts clean)

but when i compete or wanna just knock my mirrors off i wire down to .5. when clamping at .5 i saw

roughly 2500 (clean) with a drop to 11.6. my rise went took me to 1.6ohm. i plan to upgrade my wire

some more and a second d3400 in rear. also get an alt. but i really feel like i am having good luck with

it right now. i mean i really don't feel the need to run around all day at full tilt. i mean i do have my moments,

but when i am not my battery's and my sub have a chance to catch up. i believe this amp to be able to run on not a killer electrical system

if you just don't try to over do it.
