well i have a 92 toyota extended cab pickup. it has new speakers in the front and added kicker 6.5's in the back i have 1 polk dxi 10" on 700w. im tryin to get as loud as i can. I was thinking going to a high end 12 or a 15 (any recomendations?) . im going to build my box at school for a shop project. im not going to use the back seat so any thing behind the front seats is bass space. im lookin for some pointers or tricks to get the most spl .

Thanks

If you want a single sub. Go with a 15 and the most power you can afford. Sub firing forward in a ported box with port firing up.

On $600 you dont have much to choose from for a sub, amp, wire, and upgraded battery. My suggestion is to search for deals on used woofers and amps around the 1000w rms range, get some beefy 4-0awg wire and good connectors.

i found a 12" alphasonik mayhem for sale in good condition for cheap would it be worth it? if not what would you guys recomend for a good 15.

the truck already has new deep cycle battery, volt meter, and big 3. would i need another battey

i have 4g wire.

the 600$ would be for the sub and amp nothing else

best way to get that truck loud is going to be a 15 or a 12 with sub up and using aeroports firing off the passenger side wall ;)

This isn't teeball. YOU DO NOT GET A TROPHY JUST BECAUSE YOU SHOW UP. Put the work in and then maybe get the respect when it has been earned
