I was thinking going to a high end 12 or a 15 (any recomendations?) . im going to build my box at school for a shop project. im not going to use the back seat so any thing behind the front seats is bass space. im lookin for some pointers or tricks to get the most spl . HHR Ed
If you want a single sub. Go with a 15 and the most power you can afford. Sub firing forward in a ported box with port firing up. On $600 you dont have much to choose from for a sub, amp, wire, and upgraded battery. My suggestion is to search for deals on used woofers and amps around the 1000w rms range, get some beefy 4-0awg wire and good connectors. pa-pa-platypus
best way to get that truck loud is going to be a 15 or a 12 with sub up and using aeroports firing off the passenger side wall Quote This isn't teeball.
