rd audio alpha 18 shipped to me is $450 not that bad about the same as the btl but it has a boltdown spyder and vented magnet like atomic but after that dd im almost wanting to run the same setup in the blazer under the window line 15's but 18's in a wall sound so much better to me but i heard there about 600 a woofer vs 450 for the rd alplhas

um the RD Alphas are NOTHING like a BTL, im guessing an RD rep or Steve from RD told you they were, they really need to stop the bullshitting of customers. Just do yourself a favor and look at the T/S specs on both before stating they are "about" the same.

DD sub[s pound, here is a vid at a TL session I went to on the Dec. 9th. It had 2 9510s, off a Memphis Mojo 4000k tuned to 48hz. It got good #s for 2 tens.

153.6db is not that bad of a # for 2 15s. The last TL session I was at this guy with 4-9515s in a wall, 1 US Amp 4000k hit a little over 152. Here is the video. I would be happy hitting anything above 150, I'm still trying.
