JesseyMclame
So I have four cvr 12s in a 11^ft box tuned to 34. I'm gonna hopefully soon be upgrading to four P3 15s because I'm getting them at a really good price. Now on te fosgate site it says 2.66^ft ported for each 15 but that sounds a little on te small side to me. Is that right and Im trippin ? Current setup in my 96 Hoe Hu - Pioneer DEH-80prs. Sheena
2.66 per 15 is really small. depending on you wattage, i probably would do like 3.5 3.25 3.75 per driver. 13-16" of port per cube. i have no experience with the fosgate speakers in question, so i dont know if 2.66 is actually the sweet spot for them. 09 Civic EX KDC-X395 (2) SKAR Audio VVX-12 Skar Audio SK-1500.1 4 cu ft @32 (new box and more port soon) Firing Forward not sealed off Stock 80 Amp Alt Big 3 In 1/0 Knu 2 Runs To The Back 1 Pos 1 Neg In 1/0 Knu DD-1'd 13.8v drop
JesseyMclame
Yeah that's what I was thinking. Prolly 3.5 per 15 would be cool. I'm not sure I've never dealt with rockford myself. 14 square inches of port per cube. Maybe 15. Anyone else have any input ? Lol. Current setup in my 96 Hoe Hu - Pioneer DEH-80prs. Ballen194
if Rockford says 2.66 per driver I do it at that. They should know their shit about their woofers whether it seems small or not. 98 Isuzu Rodeo Pioneer Deh-6300ub SUBS*Upcoming* SSA Xcon 18 4th order AMP Banda 3500 Mids/Highs Pioneer EQ Clarion EQS746 ETC.
