Fosgatefeind
i wouldnt put it in your backseat, unless you can find a way to bolt it down, you get in 1 small head on collision and you are dead because the box will smack into you.. please be safe about it.. you just never know well im not just gunna throw it in my back seat without having a way to hold it down that would be dumb Funny thing is, you would surprised at how many people would so the general disclaimer has to be stated. so true.... AAAudio710
To be quite honest, you might as well get a pair of 18s that you can put more power into and just wall your Cavalier. I'm sure you could find a pair of 18s that'll cost the same as an IA 21" DP but can handle more power and have more cone area. im not trying to wall off my whole car i wanna get the box in and out and right now all i have is a AP1500 and the DP is 1500 rms and i love the sheer size of it Quote 2007 JEEP COMPASSDC LEVEL 4 18"AUDIOQUE AQ 2000.1ELEMENTAL DESIGN NINE.
412 CVX
good luck getting that box in and out. my vote is for a wall with a pair of 18's. Quote Just say no to Ground Pounder Customs. My temp system build log More box buildssome cars do over 170db with one sub, so clearly my two 12"s can do that in my car, with my knowledge too! look out bitches! I'm with captain stupid. 01ExSport
Think about box design before you persue this anymore. Build a nice box for your 12's and you'll probably be happy with it. But if you're set on it, consider what your box height is going to be if forward firing that thing. And first and foremost, just save to get electrical man, lol. I was creeping your youtube, and an alternator's calling your name. 11.9v i thought i saw? It's going to end up the way the brutus did soon. BeAlLsTaR13
you wont be getting a 10-12 cube box (before any displacments) in and out of your vehicle for that single sub lol especially being a trunk car, gonna have to most likely be built in side, and it wont be coming out so my vote is a wall with 2 18s Edited April 11, 2012 by BeAlLsTaR13 Quote Team Sundown Audio**CURRENT** -- 2012 Scion tC Build Click Here **OLD** -- 2002 Pontiac Grand AM Build Click Herecheck them out, slap me a comment2002 Pontiac Grand AM SE 2.2l 4 cylinder ecotec.-------------------------------------------------------------------Head Unit - Alpine CDA-9887Subs - 2x Z 12 v.2s - v.3 + NS Soft partsAmplifier - Sundown Audio SAZ-3500DEnclosure - 3.33 Cubes tuned to 34.66hzFront Stage - JBL P660c 6.5" ComponentsRear Deck - Powerbass 4xl 6.5" Mid-RangeFront Stage Amplifier - Sundown Audio SAX-100.4DWires - Kicker Hyperflex 1/0, KnuKonceptz 1/0, Knu 4 and 8 Gauge, Kicker RCAsElectrical - 275 AMP DC Power H/O Alternator, XS Power S3400, XS Power D2700Videos - http://www.youtube.com/user/BeAILsTaR13-------------------------------------------------------------------

01ExSport
honestly, mainly for a smaller box size, i'd go sundown Z's or Nightshades. But you're gonna need mawr power!
