Considering i think my design will be 1.5 -2db louder id guess it will still do a 41-42 at 28hz.

wow i added like 3inches to my height and can now be tuned at 38 hz 15.5 sq per cube 6.46 net

It just strikes me as odd that the OP got a design from a "professional", yet still has questions that need answered. Most designs from anyone with knowledge about building and tuning makes them pretty straightforward and self explanatory...
