Some Things Double?

Anybody else have these problems?;

If I quote somebody, the quote I am replying to is written twice, like I had multiquoted the same person.

If I respond to a status update, my response is there twice, even though I only hit 'enter' once.

Every time the recent topic section refreshes, the newest post is there twice.

Is this only happening to me, or does it have to do with the upgrade stuff?

I get recent topic doubles all the time.

Sometimes with status updates it wont show without refreshing the page so I hit it again and get doubles, but that's my own fault.

Sometimes I get quadruple quotes.

I go hard. Fuck double quotes.
