Craig28
My grocery list usually is Chicken breasts( a shit load) Protein peanut butter This weird Agave stuff that tastes like honey but is healthier Blue, black, straw, and raspberries A gallon of egg whites or more Necessary protein and other supps for the month Whole grain bread Apples and oranges Peas, carrots, celery, lettuce Skim milk Some turkey and chicken for lunch sandwiches. Steaks These ( The peanut butter ones are the best)http:http://www.drugstore...WELAID=61289227 That's all that currently comes to mind... Oh and the little 18 packs of protein shakes( I think 18 packs) that they have at Costco. They're great for on the go type stuff. 30g of protein per carton too and they taste wayyyyy better than muscle milk. Been going good too I've gone from 160 to 183 in the past couple of months Edited May 1, 2012 by Craig28 Quote TEAM DC Everything is a 150 on th earometer Well I guess punching a woman is a good way to test your strength! OrionStang
Exactly. The foreman grill just makes everything dry. Lean meat + grill= win. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
