its really not that hard a concept. buyer is not happy contacts seller. buyer sends back unit seller sends back money. seller can relist unit. Well relist it somewhere else.

I even offered to pay shipping both ways so seller has nothing to use from transaction. I think the fact the seller won't accept return when he loses nothing says a lot. He knows the item is damaged and he passed his defected merchandise onto another person so of course he's happy.
