Man, what a major prick.. People that do this make me sick. I don't understand why he won't just return the money. He would have gotten better seller feedback than what he has now, he wouldn't be in the dog house, and he could just sell it at a lower price with better pictures. But instead, he tricks someone, manipulates the information, spends the money on beer and whores, and doesn't want to give a refund, which makes me think he's unemployed or just horrible with money.

Get a backbone and figure out when you're in the wrong. We all make mistakes, it's time for you to man the fuck up.

I spoke to Paypal yesterday and they said they would make a decision soon, within 24 to 48 hours but I think it might take longer. The lady I spoke to "hinted" that they trust my story and that pictures or emails do not need to be submitted as evidence. The fact is, this is not what I agreed to purchase and the seller was deceptive in order to hide the defect. The photos were misleading as well as his description. The fact that he wouldn't accept a return when I offered to pay for shipping both ways shows even more why he is deceptive. Why wouldn't you accept a return when you have nothing to lose? Because you know that the item you sold was defective and you just got one over one someone. And now the chances of that happening twice is slim to none. So he wants to take the gamble with Paypal and see if the small probability that he will win, will come through for him.

At least you may win this thing. It's always good to have wayyyy more evidence that supports you, even if they don't want it. And it may take longer, but at least you are getting your cash back, as opposed to an asshole keeping it.
