I used a rubber eraser with some sandpaper to get into the nooks and crannies of my dash bezel. Might help you save some fingertips!

Hell yeah, good idea!

I tried a couple minutes with a rolled up wad of sand paper and got sick of that REAL quick.

Thinkin' about getting a set of very small sanding bits for my Dremel. :shrug:

only thing I don't like about dremels is that it is very easy to take sand off too much

Yep, that's exactly what I'm afraid of, but I at least need a way to mow down the rough texture of the body filler without sanding in tiny little strokes for hours....

I may try it out initially. Can always add in a little more bondo if it gets too deep, unless the damn Dremel runs away from me and scratches up some of the surrounding area.

Robola46 makes this detailed bondo fabrication look soo easy.... :trippy:
