I know this may have been talked about alot but i havent actually gottten any good info about how to break subs in. Im planning to get 4 12'' psi platform 3 on 2 crescendo 5500s(was 15s but not enough space) but i want to know how do i break them in?? ive always gotten my sounds from some shops around here in a prefab box, and didnt know anything of it, so can i get some feed on how to do this without having to wait weeks to get them good.

Just beat the hell outta them with a nice clean signal and youll be good to go. No problems with my Level 4s :drink40:

i don't think there is any need for any elaborate break in on speakers of any kind , although you may find that some speakers just keep getting better as time goes on

Play them like normal and they will loosen up on their own.

Yes.

Mechanical control is in the box. half their RMS or twice their RMS - you can design so accommodate that.

don't worry about break in. If its an Aq sub then don't play them at full power for a couple of weeks like they say. Other than that break in does not exist.
