When I built the box, I guess I didn't realize how much of my airspace in the back it will take up. The subs are firing up and only have about 2" of clearance to the roof. So my question is, am I losing sound and spl by the box taking up most of the back? It seems like I'll be suffocating the sound since there isn't much space for the air to travel. I wish now that I would've just built a wall but it's too late to turn back now. Cut at the red line and make a new bottom Then this would be your box I think you would like it a lot more and it will be able to breath.
