CleanSierra
Kenwood eXcelon KDC-996 or KDC-896. They aren'y QUITE in the same category of that PRS, but they're as good as Kenwood makes. Is the DEH-80PRS on the copper chassis like the 99 was? Quote Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
OrionStang
I would recommend an older Excelon over the new ones. My Kdcx794 was a great deck, better than my current x896. The 80-prs is fucking amazing, especially if you want to use it to run an active setup. CleanSierra
^^i know you've said they've had a dip in quality over the last year. I'm running my first non-eXcelon unit now and I'm on the fence about it. It's okay, but it's no eXcelon.... Quote Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you. Robert8252
I'm currently running the 80prs on a two way active set up. Love it for the price. Cheaper then any processor that comes close to what it does. Had a pioneer AVH 5200 flip out which is almost identical to your 4300 just a flip out. I do miss the bigger touch screen but the iPod and USB interface on the 80prs is the fastest I have ever used. Literally no load time. Plus the USBs are powerful enough to charge my iPad. bre2ts
i am not a huge fan of kenwood, just have had some bad experiences with them in the past. so it seems like every one digs the 80prs rob how difficult is it to set up everything on the 80prs? i have never used a head unit to run active i have always used a processors for all my settings. also could you make a video of you using the head unit so i could get an idea of its userbility?
