Doesn't matter which I just need to know how many cubic feet the box should be and what tuning for a sundown E15. I listen to mainly hip hop/rap...some electronic...and occasionally some Red hot CP. I want it to get loud and low though and care a little more about SPL than SQ as I have a JL sub for SQ already. It will be going in the back of a GMC s15 Jimmy if that matters. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Also....Will a bandpass box be a good idea? I'm willing to pay the extra 10 dollars for the design if it will improve performance.

My temp system build log More box buildssome cars do over 170db with one sub, so clearly my two 12"s can do that in my car, with my knowledge too! look out bitches! I'm with captain stupid.

Joe X Posted June 5, 2012 Report Posted June 5, 2012 To answer the question: Sundown Audio E15 Sealed: 2.5 ft^3 Ported: 3.0-4.0 ft^3 @ 35hz I would stick with ported for a simple trouble free build and a not overly big box size.
