are all connections along the power wire good and tight? from the lug attaching the wire to the battery, all the way to the wire going into the amp itself.

what about the ground? is it bolted to a thick piece of metal? not a piece of shit seat belt bolt? is the paint sanded off where the lug bolts to the metal?

Somewhere around 13.8 - 14.7 is where (while car's on) I sit depending how hot it is. Battery is usually 12 - 12.8 off.

12.0 is super low for a battery while sitting. its basically completely discharged at that point. you want around 12.4 to 13.

agree,.. 12v is not even dieing,..... dead....

you sure? an .8th of diff is quite a bit .....

Just ran out and checked both vehicles right from the batt. Wife's Cobalt is 12.2 and mine is 12.7
