That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

And by seafood I don't mean the normal crap girls say they love because it's expensive like crab, lobster, etc....although I enjoy those, I love clams, mussels, octopus, eel, squid, etc. my wife says my idea of a good dinner would be opening my mouth in the ocean! Firm believer in letting my cars do my talking! You can't rush quality, it doesn't happen overnight. Quality takes time and dedication, but the end results more than pay for it. I never made one myself before so I was worried about over cooking it but it came out perfect, nice light sear on the outside and a thick pink line through the middle and it was nice and tender.
