OrionStang Posted April 26, 2015 Report Posted April 26, 2015 Tons of ways. Basically the same way you'd use any other hot pepper you just need less of them. Hottest ive used personally cooking is Habanero. I don't want to kill myself or somebody else LMAO. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
Miguels Posted April 26, 2015 Report Posted April 26, 2015 the reason i like habanero is the flavor. people at work say im obsessed with habaneros and ask why.. i tell them its the flavor. even hot as hell pepper can be sweet and then give you the kick. they say im crazy and people add flavor to the peppers.. some people will never get it my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/
Broke_Audio_Addict Posted April 26, 2015 Report Posted April 26, 2015 It's not that bad when you use it in something. I spiced some salsa up with reaper hot sauce tonight and my 5 year old was eating it. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
OrionStang Posted April 26, 2015 Report Posted April 26, 2015 I agree with that Miguel. Peppers add all kinds of "flavor" if you don't overdo it. ANd use the right mixture of ingredients. Thats what makes mango-habanero such an awesome combination. Pineapple and jalepeno is another good one. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
OrionStang Posted April 26, 2015 Report Posted April 26, 2015 Boneless-skinless chicken breast 3-day sale at Albertsons for 1.59/lb. I asked for 3 breasts (6 halves) wrapped separately so I could freeze some. Came out to over 7 pounds!!!! These chicks are on the juice LOL. This breast was 2.2x lbs. Should be good for 5 meals and a partial. Got 2 more of these in the freezer. [ URL] Seasoned with a mix called Mission Bay, got it free to try. And yes, I need to clean my stove top. Miguels Posted April 26, 2015 Report Posted April 26, 2015 chicken has been cheap lately.. it was at .97 cents a pound last week my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/
OrionStang Posted April 26, 2015 Report Posted April 26, 2015 chicken has been cheap lately.. it was at .97 cents a pound last week I wish it was that cheap here. Fucking rich people in wine country up the street, keeping prices high for the rest of us. Its normally 2.99lb boneless. I don't buy bone-in, why pay for the weight of bones? Miguels Posted April 26, 2015 Report Posted April 26, 2015 just checked our local add boneless leg meat .97 cents a pound. boneless chicken breast 1.79 a pound http://superiorgrocers.com/specials/?ad_store=24 my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/
Broke_Audio_Addict Posted April 26, 2015 Report Posted April 26, 2015 Meat taste so much better when it's cooked on the bone. Prices are high here too but we get good sales from time to time. One thing I've found is the smaller stores usually have better prices and higher quality meat. Butchers usually will hook you up too if you're willing to buy in bulk. Broke_Audio_Addict Posted April 26, 2015 Report Posted April 26, 2015 I can get chicken leg quarters for $.49 lb on sale around here. Sale usually pops up up once a month. 20 lbs of cicken for $10 yeah I'll take that.
