navy579 Posted June 12, 2012 Report Posted June 12, 2012 hey i got 98 ext silverado need help with box desgin it goin to be 2 seprate boxes each is goin to hold 2 l7 8s under the seat the length 18 inchs an 12 inchs depth but it for 8 inches on the left side it goes in only 6 inchs for the 10 length in the back an the top will start height at 8.5 inches an slant down to 5.5 i need desgin it is sealed box if somebody will do it i could pay if needed i hope i didnt confuse anybody thanks for the help
john253a Posted June 13, 2012 Report Posted June 13, 2012 draw a rough drawing and take a pic of it, or a pic of the spot in car and draw the measurements on that, Hold off on the sub unless you already got them as you may not have the space, If the boxes are different sizes try to join them other wise they will be tuned different, and cancel each other, secondly thoes subs were born to be ported, and you may not get what your after with them in a sealed box

navy579 Posted June 19, 2012 Author Report Posted June 19, 2012 i got it to work them sub probly got .4 cubes of air for each one they point out towards the front an they sound good i only did driver side box so far an i was going for more sq ive done kicker everything in this truck 0 guage kicker wire all the way to 3 kicker zx amps 250.4 200.2 an 1500
