Cardboardcat15
Yes! I love it! I'm a huge Toyota fan here, and I love Celicas. This thing looks insane! My only question is, how did you get a 270 amp unit on your engine? I'm pretty sure the EU celica for that year is the STi which came with the 4AFE engine, same engine as my car, But I can only fit a 220. Either way sick build man! My Channel on YouTube. Check it out for cinematic-style Car Audio videos. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcSMhtT-rpopJbdybubDgnQ New 2014 Scion TC 4th Wall Build https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/217173-2014-tc-4th-order-build-3-fi-sp4-15s/
domi1711
Thanks dude! yes its the STi with the 4AFE engine. The 270 Amp unit is no problem to fit, i just needed an additional wheel for the belt. The green one on the picture. I made it myself. The alt clears the manifold, but i installed an additional isolated heatshield to keep some of the heat away When i ordered the unit at mechmans, they said the 220amp unit fits without probs, but they cant garantee that the 270amp unit will do too. I took the risk and it worked out well

C-Fizzy
When I installed my alt, (270 amp singer), I just made a bracket. Changed belt size and boom. Engine still cranks just fine. I used the alt from a 5.3L tho. under construction I hate People with crappy primered cars rolling on hubcaps that are louder then me. u hate c-fizzy?
