Bump4life
price to performance ratio id take the type rs hands down over the DD25 series thats what i was thinking but the meter lies in this case. to the ear, the DDs were much more enjoyable especially sub 35hz. like there was no comparison. if you are just trying to get loud for the cheapest possible, yea the alpines hit 38-46 great, but you are missing a whole octave which is why i would still go with DD over the alpines in this case. also the alpines got heated real quick on the power i was running. i had to keep it down, where as the DDs i could pound all day. just some food for thought. but in both cases, the speakers tested were all very good in their own respects. SlamminBeats
price to performance ratio id take the type rs hands down over the DD25 series i dont know about that. The 25s can take a beating compared to the type rs on low power, yea the r's probably, but once you give them more than rated....25's
