Maybe I'm stupid but, Is a 3" voice coil even practical for a tweeter? Seems like a lot of mass to try to move 20,000 times a second.

The compression drivers in my car are 109db 1w/1m. They are on 30 watts and keep up with my wall. (Play from 1.5k-20k) The hard part is finding a mid to keep o]up with their output and sonic speed.

I recently purchased 2 of the Cresendo FT1's and molded them into my A-pillars, for $45 a piece you cannot beat the price and quality sound that is exerted from the massive tweets. Deafening in the vehicle and crystal clear a 1/8 mile from the truck or further. And that is just the tweets, my Cresendo PWX6's haven't showed up yet...lol
