Recommended Posts

get a 2nd rf t2500 and u will be good .. i too am looking at the same sub .. i plan one doing 2 of them to one 5000 watt amp ... sonic elertonix has them for around $550

plus i was told that they are good for sq too .. i have an articular on the 12" and it was said to be near perfect bass ... plus i think the web site said that the box should be around 4 cbft per woofer ..

1. set is in the a-pilors

1. memphis mojo 2500 watt amp

If you want SPL, the XXX will disappoint. I have a blown one in my garage right now. Leads won't hold up to much power. . .

Current system:

1997 Blazer - (4) Customer Fi NEO subs with (8) American Bass Elite 2800.1s

Previous systems:

2000 Suburban - (4) BTL 15's and (4) IA 40.1's = 157.7 dB at 37 Hz.

1992 Astro Van - (6) BTL 15's and (6) IA 40.1's = 159.7 dB at 43 Hz.

hd series from american bass. they sound amazing and hit lows like a champ plus they dont cost an arm and a leg so you could get two if you wanted lol.

or if you want to step it up a couple notches, grab a vfl-comp you wont be disappointed in ab... im not lol

Well, that sub in particular wouldn't be my first choice as it is unnecessarily large and heavy making box building a pain because of the required magnet/basket bracing. I think a better SQL (sound quality and spl hybrid) choice would be to break for Sundown. Two SA series subs on one T2500 would be a good balance between awesome sound and ear-shattering air movement.

I'm gonna hate
