JAZ Posted July 17, 2012 Author Report Posted July 17, 2012 @john-yes im willing to mod or build another box,yes i do have termlab,whats the fly off my box?? im restricted to:1 x amp 2 x 4" aeroports 1 lenght 0 gauge for +,1 length 0 gauge for - 2 x subwoofers no mods on inside off vehicle,allowed to drop my seats. tested yesterday,with the result on pics above,car is peaking at 58-59hz.
john253a Posted July 17, 2012 Report Posted July 17, 2012 what i mean is when you have access to term lab, can you make changes to box, like pvc cut into 1/4 and place in cnr of box and retest, there are also so tricks as well, like test with a/c vents open, then closed, some people put things inside the car in certain places to change the peek, ive seen a box of tissues in the console get 0.01 theise are the things im talking about, have you also tried ribed ports psp make them
JAZ Posted July 17, 2012 Author Report Posted July 17, 2012 yip john,can make changes to box,while testing on termlab. tried some off the tricks,some work, some dont....... stuck at the moment at the 48.9 fgure.......... the box has wooden 45's in all corners,vertically as well,then resin on top off that and on the rest off the inside.
