michigancapri92 Posted January 3, 2013 Author Report Posted January 3, 2013 thank you i def need to do alot of cleaning up in the engine bay, going to paint the engine cover airbox and fuse panel lid to match paint of car and also replace that ugly black battery with a pretty blue one and lots of extra wire :-) ... things are slow but going ! edit ! i do have an update !! we changed out the vertical lights on the front for something a little brighter !! michigancapri92 Posted January 5, 2013 Author Report Posted January 5, 2013 got the filler primer down for the engine cover !!! i just got done doing the 600 wet sand to it and once it dries i will be putting down one coat of white primer because the cover will be getting painted white platinum pearl so the white will be easier to work with when laying the base over the grey ... will post some more tomorrow hopefully ... still gota wait for the color paint to come in! michigancapri92 Posted January 10, 2013 Author Report Posted January 10, 2013 got it all done !! i love how it turned out !!! only problem now is that i really need to get the air box painted and the fuse panel cover!! that panel made the engine bay look SOOOO good !!! also will be getting rid of that ugly ass battery replaced with a nice XS battery !!! michigancapri92 Posted January 13, 2013 Author Report Posted January 13, 2013 more little things !! nothing to do with sq !!!! fuse panel cover !! 15W HID reverse lights !! these are super bright that was them shining into the garage at 1AM no flash !! they are at full brightness ~<2 seconds and are super bright !! we had them on for 10 minutes and the lense did get pretty warm but no where near melting warm and i dont see a reason to have reverse lights on for that long !!!
