certifiednut
the zx is 2 ohm stable, so you could buy dual 2 ohm subs, and you wouldnt need a h/o alt for 1500 watts. but i guess i get it if you want to get some money back, i totally understand that. these orphans aren't going to feast on themselves

john253a
I've run my zx1000 at 1.33 ohm for 2years now with problem, Also the zx1500 depending on elect won't see anywhere nere 1500rms You'll be around 1300 @ 12.8v And after box rise you will prob see less if at 2ohm final load, Also look as the 2x sa12, them paired with a zx1500.1 Is a good match and you'll have plenty of left left over My option is 2x sa12 around $390-400 1x z15v3 around $420-430 Both will be 2 ohm final load and use 1 zx1500.1 And allow you to sell the other

I'd rather 2 15s cause the output but I don't think I could build that box properly. 2 12s for now would be good, plus my style car gets loud with very little. 1998 Pontiac grand prix gtp supercharged2 12" Obsidain Audio V.1 on a 2011 zx1500.1 at 2 ohms. 20ft of Knuconceptz CCA 0 Guage. 2nd Battery is a Shurken BT-120. john253a
If building the box with slot port is a promlem, then yes aero will be better, in you case You could also look at something like a p3-2x12 It fits in your meserment and they sound good as well, I'm not sure on the us pricing, It may be a prefab, but, t's one that work well and gets loud, and seen as your going to have trouble building a box it may be a good option to look at
