BeAlLsTaR13
wonder if you unsolder those 2 8g runs and resolder new ones if that'll fix your issue, some people acually upgrade those wires to 1/0 if they have the room and see like a 15-20% output increase in clampped numbers, i had a stetsom 7k2d that was "modded" like this, did like 9.8k clampped after the guy did it 1/0 is pushing it cramped for space in there might be able to get away with 4 gauge for this amp you prolly cant do 1/0 but ive seen it done with others, 4g prolly though Quote Team Sundown Audio**CURRENT** -- 2012 Scion tC Build Click Here **OLD** -- 2002 Pontiac Grand AM Build Click Herecheck them out, slap me a comment2002 Pontiac Grand AM SE 2.2l 4 cylinder ecotec.-------------------------------------------------------------------Head Unit - Alpine CDA-9887Subs - 2x Z 12 v.2s - v.3 + NS Soft partsAmplifier - Sundown Audio SAZ-3500DEnclosure - 3.33 Cubes tuned to 34.66hzFront Stage - JBL P660c 6.5" ComponentsRear Deck - Powerbass 4xl 6.5" Mid-RangeFront Stage Amplifier - Sundown Audio SAX-100.4DWires - Kicker Hyperflex 1/0, KnuKonceptz 1/0, Knu 4 and 8 Gauge, Kicker RCAsElectrical - 275 AMP DC Power H/O Alternator, XS Power S3400, XS Power D2700Videos - http://www.youtube.com/user/BeAILsTaR13-------------------------------------------------------------------
OrionStang
All the rca wiring connections look good. The gain pot and connection isn't loose. I think it may be the big wires, one is output and one is ground, so if they're bad, could be the problem. I will not be attempting the repair however LOL Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

Blue
Someone said it was due to the RCA's internally, but it might have been due I had an rca end brake off it's grounding strap inside the RCA. So it was intermittently grounding, and not grounding. So guess I'll either send it to Db-r or someone else. Stuff like this happens. Name of the game. Quote formerly known as Blue86f150 its a 4th order just because its tuned in the 40z doesnt mean it wont reach down and jiggle your balls at sub 30 hz frequencies. Regardless if they were dipped platinum and were stuffed in Beyonce's twat.....way too fucking exspensive this sux camel dicks
