john253a
more info is still required, with dual 12 youll most likely have no trunk left
Joe X
I would recommend a couple of Sundown Audio E12: http://www.ebay.com/...d8d37ff&vxp=mtr As you can see cheap, to save space a common chamber side aero ported box. Could be done in about these dimensions: External Height = 16 in External Width = 30.5 in External Depth = 17 in You can use this amp for them: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_22705_Hifonics-HFi1000D.html Would match them perfectly and isn't very expensive either. john253a
depending on you space 4x 10 will fit where 2x 12 will and have close to 30% more cone area so you could do 3x10 and have the same cone area, it all comes down to what you want, and what you like the look of
CDetty
Thanks for all your help guys. Usable trunk space doesn't really matter to me. If I remember right the Obsidians are still on preorder? Quote 1999 Honda Civic- RIP 2003 Acura RSX Type-S

daltoncefalone
i have 4 12 inch hfi12d4s in my 1999 civic 2 door coupe and its fairly loud. 141db on a hifonics zeus 2000 watt amp and only 4 gauge running to the back on a ghettto box me and my bro put together one night thats half ported half sealed box lol. with a good tuned box and extra power cause my voltage drops way hard i think ill be in the 143 range give or take some. which is good for $30 subs if you ask me. and the sound quality is actually really good. but they wont hit the lows hardly at all. but its all for sale if you wanna buy it
Kranny
they dont hit the lows because the box sucks. thats virtually the only reason
