with out knowing all the info

im aussimg there 15"

this is what you built

this is probley closer to what you have

Idd say to start port is too small,

and without knowing anything about how you built it, or bracing, your tuning is probably higher then 36hz, so that would explain why,

post some more info on what you have, power and anything to do with box and bracing (pic never hurt) and will see if we can help some more,

but im assuming your tune is probably closer to 37-38hz

no bracing yet but im glassing in a 2x4 dead center top to bottom . its running a saz-2500 on 4 sa-15's and yes it feels like im tuned to 40ish because 45ish is the loudest and most intense and the vehicles RF is 41

I see you have a removeable port, you could just build another longer port,

idd try to do 2 common walls

this is what i would do

you can go upto half the port width from the back wall,

but at 10w x23.25d you have 32hz

or 9.5w x 23.75d 30._ hz

just dont go under 9.5w

Well it's not the tuning I just made a 30hz port for it and didn't make much of a difference if any . Could it be box flex and roof flex ?
