How can I make mids louder. here is what I have

I have 4 Eminence Eminators Nominal Basket Diameter 6.5", 165.1mm Nominal Impedance* 8 ohms Power Rating** Watts 100W Peak 400W Resonance 119Hz Usable Frequency Range 100Hz - 5.3kHz Sensitivity*** 93.4dB Magnet Weight 20 oz. Gap Height 0.24", 6.1mm Voice Coil Diameter 1.5", 38.1mm

i have a american bass sq 3000

Power Output (DC 14.4V) bullete_news.jpg RMS at 4 Ohm, Mono 1000Wx1ch bullete_news.jpg RMS at 4 Ohm, Stereo 300Wx2ch bullete_news.jpg RMS at 2 Ohm, Stereo 500Wx2ch bullete_news.jpg Max Power 3000W bullete_news.jpg S/N Ratio >100dB bullete_news.jpg THD 0.02% bullete_news.jpg Channel Seperation >55dB bullete_news.jpg Input Sensitvity 0.15V-5V bullete_news.jpg Input Impedence 47KOhm bullete_news.jpg Slew Rate 10V/Usec bullete_news.jpg Damping Factor 200 at 4 Ohm bullete_news.jpg Fuse Rating 30A x 4

My question is why is it that my friend has less speakers and a smaller amp but his vocals a louder? A few people said that my amp was "to big" which I dont understand how can that be. I also have a 3 way crossover and little 2 channel crossover. If ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS on what I can do to fix this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

run two of them in parallel to 4 ohms, then use two channels to run them. two speakers on each channel
