HatersGonnaHate
Turn the DMM to AC Volts, turn on music, and measure the volts at the speaker terminals on the amp. crispy_chick3n
is there a way to check and see if my amp is putting out to the sub wires? dmm on ac voltage, and on the output of the amp would be what i would say.if you get a reading while you have something playing, you have a signal fromthe amp. that doesnt say how good the signal is, just shows that the amp is putting out edit: ninjd Edited July 29, 2012 by crispy_chick3n Quote This page is crispy_chick3n approved. © crispy_chick3n inc

ALPINE408
So you have no voltage drop when playing full tilt? I highly doubt that and is your amp 1 ohm stable? Subs cut out for a few resons Voltage drop Wrong ohm load Wired wrong Bad ground or power connections Pushing the amp past its limits Having a fucked up sub/ tinsel lead Wich one of those are you guilty of?
