thorshammer
If by chance you dont want to add a cap or attemp removing it you can always spray wd 40 on the chrome one you have(actually pool it up on the cap) and after 20-30mins you can wipe the chrome off. Then you would have 2 flat black matching subs lol

Done that one a few time.

Then you would have 2 flat black matching subs lol I didn't know that.. that's good to know but i don't think i'd do that.. i like the silver better than the flat black for some reason lol.. i don't really want to take the chance of wetting the woofer and messing it up lol Quote 2008 BMW 550i M Sport Build coming soon! 2000 Volvo s40 1.9TPioneer DVD navigation head unitO2 audio performance mid range speakers2 Crescendo PWX-6 Pro Mid Range Speakers2 Crescendo PWX-8 Pro Mid Range Speakers4 Selenium ST200 Super TweetersHifonics ZRX2000.4 Amplifier2- 12 inch DC Audio Level 4 m2Hifonics Brutus BXI-1610D Amplifier2 KinetiK HC1400R- Secondary BatteriesKinetik HC600- Secondary BatteryKnukonceptz 1/0 gauge big 3 upgrade

ChevyBoy95
The dustcap is installed with Rubber glue not CA. If you try to remove it you will damage the cone. Trust me on this one, I have done it and blown the cone out. I thought I was careful when I cut the dustcap off, but once you mess with the integrity of the cone, it just wont be the same. ive done it successfully... so idk. razor blade and about 45 minutes.
