Guest Posted August 10, 2012 Report Posted August 10, 2012 CEA ratings mean jack shit. plus, just cause the amp doesnt have the rating, doesnt mean it wont do it. sundown amps dont have the CEA badge, yet some of their amps do like 800w over rated power
