DCbeast78
I have 2 cvx 12's wired to 2 ohm. rms is 750 max is 1500 how close can I go over 750 daily? They are in a slot port box. I dont have a amp right now but im looking for one to buy in the next few weeks. Dont know what to buy till I know what I can run highest rms without killing the subs. Its a daily driver also. Thinking I should just get a 1500 watt amp and run 750 all day. Or can I get a 2000 watt and run 1000rms to each? Im a noob so be nice hehe Also I have stock alt if that matters. BigPimpin91
1500 or 2000 Daily should be fine. Just have your gains set properly using a DMM and watch out for the hot Voice coil smell and things will be peachy. EDIT: Did I just say peachy? WTF? Toxiccasper
I think 1000-2000 is too much for those 2 12 inch subs
