Just put a couple camps on to hold em at the right angle then I pulled em out and put a couple more clamps on Think I used enough? mikeg321 Posted October 1, 2012 Author Report Share Posted October 1, 2012 Smoothing out where the port is gonna go The port Because of all the angles the pieces of the port didn't fit together perfectly so I glued it together with PL premium then used a couple layers of 18oz roving to reinforce it. Port getting glued in Outside temp Inside the port Had to use more foam to seal the sides so I came up with this to get foam where I needed it Gorilla tapped an old car antenna to it And it worked perfectly. I had to share it with everyone on SMD. The cold weathers actuall pretty nice for glassing, no sweating my ass off, and I can mix my resin a little hot and still have plenty of time to work with it. But I did tell them I can't start till next weekend so I should be able to get this playing I'm just not going to be able to make the wall pretty or build the trunk the way I had planned.
