Fi SSD 12s, is it worth getting options for them?

I have a 1989 chevy stepside regular cab. I just bought a box for two 12s and it's 3.5 cubic feet I think. I'm going to buy 2 fi SSD 12s for it powered by an Audioque AQ1200D amp. My question is, is it worth getting any options like cooling, flatwind, or internal leads when I'm only pushing 1200W rms and the subs are rated for at least 800 rms each?

Thanks

are you ever planning on upgrading amps?

Probably not, because the next biggest amp I would get would be a 2200 watt one and I don't think the SSDs would take that much power very well, but I don't know.

The SSDs are rated for 1000W RMS. So I'd say it will take the 2200 all day. Clean power is the key.

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

They're rated at 1kw each. I've wired mine to my 2k with no problems. They are beast of subs for how economical they are.

ninja'd a little bit.

Also, I was told the RMS was 800 a while ago, so it might of changed. I checked the website and it says 1k, but it was blacked out or something. Also the BL's are rated at 1k so why would they have the same rating?

where did you get this custom box from?

"Ratings" are the same yes, I have an older motor too that says it's supposed to be 800RMS, before I was an idiot, it took 1500 all day long. My newer motor took 2k for a little bit, then I got board and started saving for an SP4. So in turn your going to want a 2k tru RMS amp for two at the minimum.
