BUT, now for the people saying 40+ was excessive....an officer is told to shot until the threat is immobilized (incapacitated or killed). You dont have to be a police officer to understand 4 or 5 officers emptying their clips into one person is excessive and ridiculous. You still hear 10-15 shots after he falls and just a few more random ones towards the end.
