bighoss' 2006 f150, truck is gutted

I could be mistaken on the dates. But i know its in december and i KNOW i will have the gas money and i SHOULD be able to replace the skar with a real amp by then. Rebuild should be done in a couple weeks. Just gotta literally swap wires and a couple screws for the bass amp. EZ.

Ill see you there man. I gotta check the dates. I swore it was 13-14 on Usaci website for 2013.

Are you competing? I think im gonna show up and sign up, Do a quick run for shits and giggles for vs the old box and old amp. And then demo all day long like i did at heatwave.

Maybe it will be cooler then so my voltage will stay super high. 14's all days full tilt boys. 1 extra battery!

nope demo's only, I would be in either sb4 or modified 4001+ and I would get crushed lol, IMO if I was to wire to .25 I might have a chance but I have to pull all the amps out of my truck to strap and I'd rather not have to pull them if I dont have too

yeah, i made a comment on that the other day on the status updates.

Build to please you/ demo? or build to competition Reqs.

When i get my FL2 ill be in the 1000+ trunk class and the 601-1800 stock class. Basically ill be in the same class as a VFL 500.1 or other bigass amps. But ohwell. The XFL's want more power, I want more power, and my electrical is laughing at the 2500 even at .5 ohms. The other day i was decafing it out for a 25 minute drive home and never seen 13.6. At idle i do drop to 12.9 though. So no demos at idle.

If I was going for a comp build I would be running 4 aa 500.1's instead of the nendo's, that would put me in modified 1001-2000 and be more power than I have right now. I cant demo at idle, if I keep the rpms around 2000 I still drop to mid 11's on music if I push it hard

I don't trust those AA 500.1s, I have seen so many of them go bad, local guy runs them, and had issues with all the "The fix" amps except the original 1 of 50.

Only if you could fit a 9-10 cube box after displacment and have 6-7k to power them, I'm honestly liking these xfl's better than my old hdc3's

What about 8 cubes after displacements tuned to 34hz. As long as I can hit 28hz decent' I'm good. That should allow me to hit around 28-45 pretty decent. That's the range I play the most.
