Would it be most likely that the rcas are at fault? I checked it out real quick before I went to work this morning and the rcas are plugged in and my ground seemed to have a good contact (from amp to batt) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Katt Posted September 8, 2012 Report Share Posted September 8, 2012 I had the same problem, and found out, could of been of two things. One being, the battery ground. Even though my amp was grounded to my battery, it would still make sounds and shit while driving. Found out it came loose. Second, my radio ground somehow got torn and pulled, and I'm assuming that was part of it. You could jiggle the wire and it would make sounds. I noticed when messing with the cable that the subs would hit, like if I were to drop the cable from 2 ft then once they would hit the floor the subs would hit. I just got a more expensive type of RCA and the problem went away.
