Not hating, just wondering, any particular reason you always stick with Iphones? I noticed you always had them, have u ever had an android phone? Did you not like it?

although some nice features on some androids, all the ones i played with always felt like cheap junk compared to the iphone. I did NOT try them all but i checked out some of the ones people always talk about and i was not impressed. If others like Androids, more power to them, i stick with what i love and thats Apple. Now when it comes to COMPUTERS, F##K Apple, i loves me a PC But thats also my opinion.

That's cool, I've had both and just can't get over how much I hate iTunes and the "restrictivness" of ios. I'm more of a nerd than most, and usually go through close to 200 gigs a month on my galaxy S2.

Just like when you root an android, the "restrictiveness" of ios is cut with a simple jailbreak.

Nice upgrade Steve. One thing I wish apple did with the new power cord is make it magnetic like the chargers are for the Macbooks

Even jail broken iphones aren't nearly as customizable as androids. Plus the lengths apples goes to to stop you from jailbreaking. Not trying to start a flame war though. To each there own.

the only thing i ever jailbroke for was the my-wi app so i could tether. That shit was a pain in the ass so i just bought a T-mobile hot-spot instead. Now life is easy. The iphone has plenty of customizations, i like it just the way it is. I don't need a bunch of underground "warez" apps on my phone. Facetime, Bluetooth music, photo, video (when my cam isn't handy), and most of all, a PHONE is what i need. I have tons of apps for all the other things i do and they work fine. I don't have ANY desire to "root" my brand new phone and possibly brick it. Its great the way it is, for what i need, and more. IMO.

i TRIED to like the more popular "android" phones, i really did...just that even the best ones felt flimsy to me and didn't have the speed or flow i was used to. A lot of it could be that i am just used to mine and i don't like change

i was surprised by the weight of it. very light compared to the 4s

its very snappy too. couldnt make it lag at all which is to be expected

all the old apps seem natural too with the bars it adds. especially if you had one of the older models before the 5

the camera is great

seems to be a very solid phone so far

i just wish i could find a damn clock speed on it

i feel you on the not jailbreaking steve. IMO the apple OS is really good! I got the Black 64gb today. we will see how good this new camera is for taking bass vids. And how good the audio card is since im using old technology to hook into my car stereo!! nice looking phone though!! but personally im a fan of the black.

i used to only have black ones...but the last one was my first white one. I was thinking of going back to the black....but white is all they had in stock today, so i grabbed it.

just talked to psyph on it ....first real phone call since i brought it home. It feels really nice. Feels natural, like a phone should. The weight difference is noticeable. its lighter for sure. I think the wife wants one now too Of course the kids are drooling because they know its almost hammy-down time. If i was a kid i wouldn't bitch about a Iphone 4s hammy down

I hear ya, like I said, I'm not your typical user, I enjoy running custom ROMs, being able to change absolutely everything. I hate that apple tries so hard to restrict that. No removable storage, no removable battery, stupid proprietary plug, no support for custom ROMs, updating will remove your jailbreak, etc. The screen size is probably the biggest killer for me though, love having a big screen, can't wait for the galaxy note 2!!
